Terms of Service
Last updated: April 27, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website joinpru.com and any related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Pru Health LLC ("Pru," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Pru is a telehealth platform that connects patients with independently licensed physicians who specialize in peptide therapy. Our Services include:
- An account and waitlist registration system for prospective patients
- Educational content through The Pru Brief newsletter
- Telehealth consultations with independently licensed physicians (when available)
- Coordination of compounded peptide prescriptions through FDA-regulated U.S. compounding pharmacies
Certain features may not yet be available in all states or to all users.
3. Eligibility & U.S. Residency
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Our clinical Services are available only to residents of the United States located in states where our affiliated physicians are licensed to practice. We do not offer prescription services to individuals outside the United States. Eligibility, scope of care, and treatment options vary by state and may change without notice.
4. Account Registration
When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Medical Disclaimer
The content on our website, including The Pru Brief newsletter, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on our website.
Pru does not practice medicine. All medical decisions, including prescriptions, are made solely by independently licensed physicians. Pru provides the technology platform and coordination services only.
6. Emergencies
Pru is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, including thoughts of self-harm or suicide, call 911 immediately, go to the nearest emergency room, or contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988. Do not attempt to contact Pru or your Pru-affiliated physician for emergency care.
7. Telehealth Consent
By using our telehealth services (when available), you acknowledge and agree that:
- Telehealth involves the delivery of healthcare services using electronic communications
- There are potential risks including, but not limited to, technology failures and limitations of the evaluation compared to in-person care
- Your physician may determine that telehealth is not appropriate for your condition and may refer you to in-person care
- You have the right to withdraw consent to telehealth at any time
- Telehealth is not a replacement for emergency medical services
8. Compounded Medications
Peptide therapies prescribed through Pru are compounded by licensed, FDA-regulated pharmacies in the United States. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products but are prepared using FDA-regulated ingredients under the supervision of licensed pharmacists. By using our Services you acknowledge that you understand the nature of compounded medications.
9. Pricing & Subscriptions
Where pricing is displayed in your patient portal, prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are inclusive of physician consultation, prescription, and shipping unless otherwise noted. Treatment protocols are billed monthly on a recurring basis until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your patient portal.
10. Refund Policy
Our refund policy applies as follows:
- The onboarding and physician-consultation fee is non-refundable once your physician has reviewed your case, because the physician's time has already been delivered.
- If your physician determines you are not a candidate for the protocol you selected, the first-month medication cost is refunded in full.
- If our affiliated physicians are not licensed in your state, your order will not be processed and you will be refunded in full.
- Once a compounded medication has shipped, it cannot be refunded for safety and regulatory reasons.
Refund questions can be sent to team@joinpru.com.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pru Health LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
12. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
- Provide false or misleading information during registration or intake
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information from our website through automated means
- Use our Services to transmit any malicious code or content
- Resell, divert, or otherwise misuse compounded medications dispensed to you
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pru Health LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Pru does not provide medical care; the limitation of liability above does not affect any rights or remedies you may have against your treating physician or any pharmacy that compounded your medication.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pru Health LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
15. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, or remotely at the arbitrator's discretion. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class-action waiver. You and Pru agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis only. Neither party may bring claims as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction. Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in court to prevent unauthorized use of intellectual property. Nothing in this section prevents you from filing complaints with state or federal regulators.
30-day right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to team@joinpru.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
16. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any action not subject to arbitration under Section 15 shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
17. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect, and the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice (except where notice is required by law or your physician's clinical judgment). Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. Sections 10–16 survive termination.
