Our Mission

We started Pru to make peptide protocols as accessible, effective, and safe as possible.

Accessible

This means two things. First, our pricing is simple and honest: you pay for your peptides at cost. Second, finding your fit is easy. Our intake asks a few quick questions about you and your goals, so we can match you with the right protocol.

Effective

We do more than send you peptides. Every member gets continuous support from a clinical team, plus Pru’s holistic programs built to help your protocol work better. You can track your progress in one place and stay on course.

Safe

We work only with licensed doctors and FDA-regulated pharmacies. Your peptides are real, pharmacy-grade medicine, prescribed and made the right way.

With Pru, you are not paying a misleading “all-inclusive” price. You are not alone in your journey.
And you are not taking “research-grade” peptides.

How we price

At cost.
No markup.

You see every component of what you pay: the pharmacy fill, the supplies, the shipping, and the payment-processing fee it costs to move the money (3.5%, passed straight through). Your doctor consult is charged once per cycle. We add zero margin on the medicine.

ExampleCompounded Semaglutide · GLP-1, Weight Loss & Metabolism

Compounded Semaglutide injectable (1 mL · 2.5 mg). Your monthly cost is $62.12. The $20 doctor consult is charged once per 3-month cycle, on the first month: so month 1 of a cycle is $82.12 and the other months are $62.12 each. Industry average reflects publicly listed starting prices across other U.S. telehealth brands; pricing varies by brand, dose, and time. Your actual price depends on the peptide, strength, and variant your physician prescribes. Final pricing is shown before checkout.

Pru compounded peptide therapy vial from FDA-regulated pharmacy

Pru is a membership platform offering access to pharmacy-grade peptides prescribed by licensed clinicians. For $60 a month, members unlock the full Pru protocol library, medication at cost on every prescribed peptide, and unlimited access to clinical support.

Yes. All peptide programs are prescribed by a licensed clinician following a review of your health history and goals.

Peptides offered through Pru are compounded in the U.S. by FDA-registered pharmacies that test each lot for purity, potency, and sterility. Like any prescription medication, peptides have potential side effects, which vary by molecule. Your physician will review your health history, screen for contraindications, and discuss possible side effects of each compound before prescribing.

Most peptides are delivered as tiny self-administered injections just under the skin (similar to how diabetics use insulin); others come as capsules, nasal sprays, or creams depending on the molecule. Our team provides clear step-by-step instructions for every form.

It depends on the peptide, the protocol, and the person; response varies widely. Your physician will set expectations for your specific protocol during your consultation and adjust based on your follow-ups.

Not at all. Peptides can be used for specific goals or phases of your health journey. Your clinician can recommend whether to continue, pause, or cycle off depending on your progress.

That depends on the peptide and your goals. Some protocols are designed for a defined phase, others for longer arcs. Your physician will discuss what to expect when pausing or ending a protocol, and can adjust your plan as your goals change.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that occur naturally in the body and play a role in many essential functions. Some peptides can be prescribed to support areas such as healthy aging, body composition, recovery, and cognitive health.

Each vial typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks, and a full cycle is 3 months, so you will need about 3 vials to complete one cycle. The prices we show are the estimated monthly cost (we take the cost of a vial and divide it across the weeks it lasts) so you can compare in monthly terms. Your clinician sets your exact dosing schedule, which affects how long each vial lasts.

All peptides are compounded in the U.S. by FDA-registered pharmacies. Each lot is tested for purity, potency, and sterility.

Peptides are an emerging field within regenerative medicine and are not yet part of standard care. While many traditional providers may not offer them, clinicians in fields such as sports medicine, anti-aging, and longevity have used peptides for years as part of cutting-edge protocols.

Peptides are not suitable for everyone. Members under the age of 18, with certain medical conditions, active cancers, or contraindicated medications may not be eligible. Your clinician will review your health history and lab work to determine safety.

Membership includes access to our member portal, medication at cost on every prescribed peptide, ongoing support, and the option to connect with your care team for adjustments over time. Peptides are sold separately.

Exactly what they cost us, and you will see the whole receipt. On every order, we show the full math: the pharmacy’s cost for the peptide, your clinical consult, shipping and fulfillment, and the payment-processing fee it costs to move the money (3.5% of the charge, covering card processing and sales tax, passed straight through). We add zero markup on the medicine. Your $60/month membership is how Pru keeps the lights on; the medication itself is passed through at cost.

No. Memberships are billed monthly, and peptides are prescribed per program cycle. Many members choose to continue long term, but you are free to pause or discontinue at any time.

Not necessarily. Every member’s program is reviewed and approved by a licensed clinician before any peptides are prescribed, but you do not have to meet with them unless you would like to. Members can choose to schedule a live consultation through the portal if they prefer a direct conversation.

All peptides and medical histories are first reviewed asynchronously by a clinician through our secure member portal. If you would like, you can also schedule a live virtual consultation with a doctor directly through your portal for more personalized discussion.

Once your program reaches the consultation stage, an ‘Appointments’ section opens in your member portal where you can book a virtual consultation with your clinician. You can also email team@joinpru.com anytime and we will help you schedule.

You set your own email and password when you create your account, so you can log in to the portal right away. From there, you can manage your intake, review your program, and connect with your care team.
