The Compounded GLP-1 Price Index (2026)
What compounded semaglutide actually costs across the telehealth field in 2026, all-in and apples to apples.
A year of shifting rules reshaped compounded GLP-1 pricing. pru's compounded semaglutide is about $60 a month, your price per month when you start on a 3-month plan, the lowest medication cost of any provider we found.
Membership is separate at $50 a month billed annually for unlimited at-cost access to the platform and clinician messaging. The rest of the field runs from roughly $99 to $397, and four household names exited compounding entirely in 2025 and 2026. Here is the full picture, with the fees most providers keep in a separate line.
What compounded semaglutide costs, all-in
Every rival figure below is an all-in monthly cost: medication plus any required consult, membership, or shipping. For pru we show the medication, about $60 a month when you start on a 3-month plan (three titration vials with one $20 consult, one $19.95 shipping, and $15 supplies, divided across the three months). pru's $50 monthly membership, billed annually for unlimited at-cost access, is separate.
| Provider | All-in per month | What that includes |
|---|---|---|
| pru | about $60 | medication at cost on a 3-month starter plan; $50/mo unlimited membership separate |
| Mochi Health | from $99 | compounded, verify membership |
| Ivim Health | $125 to $190 | sold in 2 to 4 month blocks |
| Eden | about $198 | $99 medication plus $99 monthly membership |
| Found | $199 to $299 | all-in, lower on annual prepay |
| Superpower Health | about $229 | membership program |
| Noom Med | $199 to $279 | microdose to full dose, all-in |
| Zealthy | $151 to $297 | medication only, or all-inclusive |
| Henry Meds | $247 to $397 | all-inclusive, lower on prepay |
| Lifeforce | about $324 | member pricing, per 25-day shipment |
The household names quit compounding in 2025 and 2026
The biggest shift this year was who left. Hims, Ro, WeightWatchers, and Sesame all stopped compounding GLP-1s in 2025 and 2026 and moved to brand-name drugs as the FDA declared the semaglutide and tirzepatide shortages resolved. That leaves the compounded lane to a smaller field, and pru at the affordable end of it.
The hidden second feeWatch for a low medication price paired with a marked-up membership. Eden lists $99 for the medication, then adds a required $99 monthly membership. Hims and Ro now charge for the brand drug plus a $149 monthly membership on top. pru keeps its medication at cost, and its one membership is flat and unlimited, so members can stack more than one peptide without a markup on any of them.
Why pru comes in lower
pru runs an at-cost model: the medication is passed through at the pharmacy's price with no member markup, which lands compounded semaglutide at about $60 a month when you start on a 3-month plan. Membership is separate at $50 a month billed annually for unlimited access to the platform and clinician messaging, and because everything is at cost the savings compound with every vial, so members can stack more than one peptide without a markup on any of them.
